Heat Treatment

In our modern fully automatic Ipsen ® TQ13 inert gas heat treatment plant, we can heat treat your parts as subcontractor. The maximum batch sizes are 870 x 1180 x 760mm (W x L x H) and the gross load weight is maximum 1500 Kg. As protective gas we use endogas. In this system we are able to do:

• tempering
• case hardening
• normalizing
• annealing
• quenching
• hardening
